I went in to get a quote for some jewelry that I had and upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by the... receptionist and offered a beverage . I them sat down with Steve and was offered a great price for my items, I asked for more money ( because I’m from Ny and that’s what we do😂) and he gave me as much as he could, he even went the extra mile and explained the process of how the gold and diamonds are melted. I also spoke to Danny and he also had great customer service. If you are looking for a place to buy or sell jewelry and would like to have a great experience and get top dollar please come here! I have worked with jewelers before and was not expecting to have a good experience but working with Danny was quite the opposite. He returned my phone call and scheduled an appointment with me. To my surprise he took time to explain everything he was doing while inspecting my pieces. Additionally, he provided wholesale value and even shared what I could possibly get if I sold the pieces on my own. I called to set an appointment, came in to a beautiful layout of a personalized feeling of a store. Nothing like the... chain stores, where you feel pressured to buy something, Danny was really softly spoken, highly informative, and showed me that what he was offering me for my diamonds and ring was on the high end of the spectrum, I also learned that for the best value I should shop away from the main chain stores. I was looking to sell a few small loose diamonds, so I googled who buys diamonds, or something like that. The first... listing was DJP diamonds. So I clicked on it. I was very impressed immediately, and never looked at any other site. I went there today after I called first. I was impressed by Danny whom I spoke with. He was so nice over the phone. I was greeted upon arrival when I entered the building. I’m so sorry I did not get the nice young man’s name who first waited on me. I had several loose diamonds to sell. Danny assisted me with the purchase of my small diamonds. I received a fair price for the diamonds and was very satisfied. He was very nice and professional. Everything about the transaction was professional! I would highly recommend DJP diamonds if you have any diamonds to sell. Also, they have the most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen!!
