3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. Additionally, when selling items to DJP Diamonds, you are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and, in accordance with applicable law, submit your fingerprint at the time of transaction finalization. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Transactions
All transactions are subject to evaluation and approval by DJP Diamonds. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, wire transfer, or PayPal, as mutually agreed during the transaction.
5. Appraisals
Appraisals provided by DJP Diamonds are conducted by experienced professionals based on current market values. We offer complimentary verbal appraisals on-site. Customers may also request a written appraisal, which is typically completed within three (3) business days. All appraisals are estimates only and do not guarantee a specific resale value.
6. Intellectual Property
